Technical requirements for wheelchairs

Travel information for passengers with reduced mobility

• Passengers who can use a standard seat and board/alight the bus independently or with assistance from a travelling companion may travel on any service without prior notification
• If you plan to bring mobility aids, such as a wheelchair (to be stored in the luggage compartment), walking aids, or other orthopaedic equipment, please notify the operator at least 36 hours before departure to allow the necessary arrangements to be made
• If passengers wish to travel while remaining seated in the wheelchair, please contact the operator's customer service at least 7 days before departure to allow the necessary checks and arrangements to be made
• Reservation for a child passenger with reduced mobility who requires a companion: Please contact the customer service team at least 1 week before your planned departure date

Luggage information

• Valuables should be carried with you in your small cabin bag (For safety reasons, this must be stowed underneath your seat or in the overhead compartment above your seat)
• The checked bag is to be stowed in the luggage compartment before onboarding the bus, it is recommended to label your bag with your name, address & telephone number (The bus driver will assist is this)
