Review for: Baku Quba & Khinalig Village Full-Day Discovery

I do not recommend Heritage Travel. First, the tour guide forgot me at the first gas station, and the bus left without me. This was a serious and unacceptable mistake. Second, the bus was old, the seats were very narrow with almost no legroom, and the ride was uncomfortable due to constant shaking. Third, the bus broke down in the Quba area. The company had no backup plan and simply told us to wait until it was repaired. When we asked for another vehicle to return to Baku, they refused. In the end, we, the tourists, had to collect money ourselves to pay for transportation back. The company also changed my booking to the following day because there were not enough participants. Although I accepted the change, it showed poor organization. Overall, despite my cooperation, the company was not cooperative. Their customer service was disappointing, and their attitude toward customers was often rude and unprofessional.
