• Cancellation decision: Will be made by the "Ohmagari Fireworks Executive Committee" in the early morning of the event day. Therefore, cancellation notices may be communicated by staff on the morning of the day or at the meeting point. If cancellation is decided on the day, transportation fees or other related expenses for travelers to the meeting point will not be refunded; if cancellation is decided after the bus has departed, no refund will be given.
• For groups of 14 or more visitors to Japan, we will arrange English and Chinese-speaking guides. (For groups of 13 or fewer, Japanese staff will assist you with translation via an app. Please travel with peace of mind.)
• Adults and children are the same price for this itinerary. When booking, please select the number of "Adults" according to the total number of people.
• On the day of the event, not only the area around the venue but also various modes of transportation are expected to experience severe congestion. Your understanding and prior awareness are greatly appreciated.
• Please understand that if the itinerary content (such as the arrival time for the fireworks festival, etc.) must be changed due to crowds or traffic congestion.
• Please be aware that the assembly, departure, and arrival times for the itinerary may change depending on the traffic congestion at the site on the day of the event.
• The convention's "Daytime Fireworks" are scheduled to begin at 17:30. If road conditions are smooth, there is no severe traffic congestion, and buses run smoothly on that day, travelers will have the opportunity to watch the daytime fireworks.
• Even if there is light rain, the event will still be held as scheduled. The event may be canceled if there is severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds) or if the Omonogawa River's water level rises, and it is deemed dangerous to launch fireworks.
• This itinerary involves a longer journey. On the way there and back, stops will generally be arranged at 1 to 2 highway rest areas (service areas/SA・PA) for passengers to use the restroom and take a short break.
• There will be dimly lit sections on the way from the bus parking lot to the venue, so please be sure to bring a flashlight. It takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing seats.
• Please bring your own raincoat. As holding an umbrella will obstruct the view of the fireworks and cause inconvenience to other spectators, please do not use an umbrella while watching.
• This itinerary is generally operated by 2 drivers in rotation. According to regulatory amendments, if there is only 1 driver, driving safety will be ensured through driver rotation or by arranging prescribed rest periods.
