On Weekends, Terrace, Level 4, Ocean Centre comes alive with a “Clan & Co x Maison Perrier Pop-up Bar” serving innovative "grab-and-go" cocktails alongside complimentary Maison Perrier giveaways. The celebration culminates in the high-energy “Le Chic Party @ Harbour City” on 30 May, a public evening featuring free-flow French bubbles, live DJ performances, gravity-defying flair bartending shows, and French Chic Quick Draw.

“Le Chic French Hour @ Harbour City” Terms & Conditions
- This ticket is valid only on the date and timeslot selected when purchasing tickets on Klook. Expired tickets will be deemed invalid. Quotas are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Each Klook ticket will only be accepted once upon admission. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused. Photocopies, screenshots, or duplicate copies will not be accepted.
- Participants must present their valid Klook tickets and participate the event at ÉPURE Terrace, Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City on the designated date and time. All admission wristbands (hereinafter referred to as the wristband) and admission stickers (hereinafter referred to as the sticker) must be redeemed in one go upon admission.
- The “Le Chic Party” runs for a total of 4 hours. Last admission is at 7:30 pm. Please note that the event is scheduled to conclude at 8:00 pm.
- Limited quota for the “French Chic Quick Draw” and other experience at the “Le Chic Party” on a first-come-first-serve basis
- Participants must be aged 18 years or above with valid proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport, or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of staff.
- Participants of The French Hour Workshop and Le Chic Party must wear a designated wristband/sticker on their chest or arm at all times during the events to be eligible to participate in the activities and wine tasting.
- The wristbands/stickers has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The wristbands/stickers is non-refundable. All wristbands/stickers are not for resale and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other souvenirs. Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited reserve the right to collect or cancel the wristbands/stickers used for sale.
- Participants who fail to present a valid Klook ticket for any reason will not be eligible to redeem the wristbands/stickers.
- Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited bear no responsibility for loss or damage of wristbands/stickers and is not liable to make any compensation. Each wristbands/stickers can only be used by one person on the designated date.
- The supply of each beverage is limited; and the tasting portions and selections are subject to the arrangement of the organizer on a first-come-first-served basis. In case of any dispute, Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited reserve the right of final decision.
- In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Relevant announcements will be made on the day of each event.
- Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited are not the supplier/merchants of the products or services and shall not be liable for any liabilities in relation thereto.

Admission Terms and Rules
Admission Eligibility
- Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 or above.
- Wine tasting is only available to participants aged 18 or above.
- All participants must ensure that they are in good health prior to entering the venue and must comply with all applicable public health directives as may be in force from time to time. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the departure of, any person who appears to be unwell for the event.
- No outside food, alcohol and other beverages are permitted in the venue.
- To ensure smooth venue operations and the comfort of all participants, animals of any kind are not permitted inside the event venue.
During Admission
- Participants must queue to enter the Terrace, Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City in accordance with the instructions of the staff and enter the venue through designated entrance.
- Participants of The French Hour Workshop and Le Chic Party must present their valid Klook tickets on the designated date at ÉPURE Terrace, Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City upon admission. All wristbands/stickers must be redeemed in one go upon admission. At the French Hour Workshop and Le Chic Party, participants are asked to fasten their wristbands/wear intact the sticker on their chest or arm before entering the venue. Wristbands/stickers will not be reissued if lost, stained, or damaged.
After Admission
- Participants must comply with all terms and rules. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry of any person who fails to follow.
- Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
- To maintain cleanliness and comfort, participants are kindly requested to observe proper personal and venue hygiene. The organizer reserves the right to charge cleaning and disinfection fees incurred due to vomiting, spillage of liquids, or excreta.
- Participants must follow all arrangements made by the organizer during the event.
- To ensure safety, participants must refrain from any dangerous behavior (including, but not limited to, intentional collision or pushing) and must not disturb other participants or staff. Any such incidents should be reported to on-site staff immediately. Staff reserve the right to request any non-compliant participant to leave the venue immediately.
- Prohibited activities:
- Littering and spitting
- Move, damage, throw, intentionally destroy, or take away any objects/property in the venue.
- In the event of any emergency, accident, or unexpected situation, please seek assistance from the nearest staff member immediately.
Departure
- Participants must leave Terrace, Level 4, Ocean Centre, Harbour City an orderly manner in accordance with the instructions of the staff and leave the venue through designated exits.
- Please return the drinkware to the designated collection points before leaving.
- Drink responsibly and no drink driving.
Personal Belongings Arrangement
- To ensure safety during the event, participants are requested not to bring any large luggage or handbags, bulky personal belongings, or any items that may pose a safety risk into the venue. Staff reserve the right to inspect participants' personal belongings when necessary.
- Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited will not be responsible for any staining, damage, loss, or theft of personal items brought into the venue.
Others
- The organizer reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions applicable to the event as a whole without prior notice and shall not be liable for any responsibility arising from such revisions.
- In the event of inclement weather or based on the organizer’s decision, Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited reserve the right to cancel, amend, or terminate the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss arising from such cancellation, amendment, or termination.
- Any death, injury, property damage, loss, or other economic loss arising from or in connection with the event shall be borne solely by the participant concerned. Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited shall bear no responsibility. Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless Harbour City Estates Limited and Spirit Meta Limited from and against any and all actions, claims, or demands arising out of or in connection with the events.

It was a great experience! I got to personally mix cocktails using various base spirits. First, I sampled the base spirits, then I mixed a Highball unique to Hong Kong, and finally, I made the Five Flavors Bar's signature 'airplane olive' drink.
Due to the rain, the organizers thoughtfully moved the event indoors; it was a great value for money activity.
This cocktail workshop was a lot of fun! I tried two of Five Flavors' signature liqueurs, "Mixed Feelings" and "Shy Blossom," then made a highball (Mixed Feelings + Tonic Water) and a "plane olive" cocktail.
Interesting workshop! Dennis and his team are very friendly as well!
Overall, it was good, but the outdoor weather was too hot, 32 degrees Celsius... I suggest the workshop be held indoors or that upright fans/air coolers be provided. The outdoor drinks were slightly warm; I believe they would taste better if they were chilled beforehand or placed in a cooler location.

Although the outdoor booth was canceled due to the weather and the directions weren't clear enough, the cocktail workshop was quite good, and I got to try some Hong Kong-made spirits.
There were fewer stalls and types of wine than expected, but they were consistently refilled, and the staff were all super nice. The weather was extremely hot and sunny, but we could go in and out of the mall.
Extremely poor. I wanted to redeem a smoothie, but they kept saying it wasn't ready. I couldn't redeem it even after an hour of being there.
