- Adult ticket: For people aged 12 (inclusive) and above, with no identity restrictions
- Child ticket: Minors aged 5 (inclusive) to 12 (exclusive) (calculated by travel date); for use by the registered individual only, non-transferable, non-divisible, information must be accurate; original identification document must be presented for verification, entry will be denied and no refunds will be issued if documents do not match.
- Free admission policy: Children below 1.2 meters (inclusive) enjoy free admission.
- The name and document number in the booking information must exactly match the original passport/travel permit; entry will be denied if the information does not match.
- The scenic area stops admitting visitors 1 hour before closing on the day (Beijing time 17:00). Exceeding this time will invalidate the ticket, and no refunds will be issued.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

- Overseas, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors: You need to exchange for a paper ticket at the counter with your original reservation document. Entry is permitted only if the person, document, and ticket match.

- By car: Approximately 300 kilometers, 3.5-4 hours by car. Navigate to "Shaanxi Hukou Waterfall South Entrance Visitor Center." Direct access via highway, convenient parking.
- Public transportation: Take a direct long-distance bus from Xi'an Textile City Bus Station (multiple daily departures); or take the high-speed train to Yan'an, then transfer to a tourist shuttle bus directly to the scenic area. The entire journey takes approximately 4 hours.

The Hukou Waterfall on the Yellow River in Shaanxi is located in Yichuan County, Yan'an City. It is the world's largest yellow waterfall and China's second-largest waterfall. As the surging Yellow River water flows through this area, the cliffs on both banks stand tall, the river channel suddenly narrows, and plunges into a deep gorge, forming the unique natural wonder of "a thousand miles of Yellow River gathered in one pot." This is not only the best place to experience the majestic power of the Yellow River up close but also a must-visit destination to appreciate the uncanny workmanship of nature.
Things to note
- The scenic area has a large temperature difference and extremely strong mist. Be sure to bring non-slip shoes, a raincoat/waterproof jacket, and a waterproof phone bag.
- Drones need to be registered in advance. Drones are prohibited in the core area of the scenic spot. Please observe on-site signs.
- Playing time: 1.5-2 hours for core viewing, checking in at the main waterfall, the 50 RMB banknote scenic spot, and Shili Longcao.
- Outfit for photos: Wear bright clothes for good photos, prepare waterproof equipment. The Shaanxi side offers the best panoramic view from above.

- Safety Red Line: The ground is slippery, strictly forbidden to climb over railings or approach the water; look after the elderly and children, and follow staff guidance.
- General Information: Tickets are not interchangeable with the Shanxi side; the park may be temporarily closed during flood season/extreme weather, please check official announcements before traveling; those eligible for free admission must present valid documents for on-site verification.
