Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 2 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Redemption information
- 2-9 people group tour, minimum group size is 2 people. If there is only 1 person, the group will not be formed. If the group is not formed, you will be notified 48 hours before departure. If the final group size is 2 people, each person needs to pay an additional 60 New Zealand dollars for a private group.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off service within 3 km of Christchurch (3km from the Botanic Gardens as the center).
- Please consult customer service regarding pick-up and drop-off services (for a fee) within 3 kilometers of Christchurch city center.
