• Before departure, please confirm the meeting time and location in advance. Please arrive at the meeting location before the designated boarding time, and actively look for LION tour leaders to check in. The bus will depart on time, so please do not be late. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness or other personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the booked itinerary, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.
• If you need to leave the group during the trip, please inform us in advance when registering and sign a departure agreement with the tour leader on the day of departure. Failure to complete the itinerary will be considered an automatic waiver, and no refunds will be issued.
• The itinerary sequence, arrival, and stopover times in the schedule are for reference only. The itinerary will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather and on-site conditions of the day. The actual route and content are subject to on-site announcements.
• The minimum number of participants for a tour is 4 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 14 days before the departure date.
• Infants under 2 years old on the day of the event who do not occupy a seat or bed can participate for free. Each adult is limited to bringing one eligible infant. If you are accompanied by an infant, please fill in the relevant information in the order remarks column;
• Children aged 2–5 who do not occupy a bed can choose the child price; if a bed is required, please choose the youth price. When booking, please set the child's birth year to a year that qualifies for youth pricing, and note the actual date of birth in the remarks for subsequent processing. Travelers aged 12 (inclusive) and above are charged at adult prices. Travelers under 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a traveler aged 18 or above.
• When 3 guests are staying in the same room, please select the "2 people per room" plan and enter 3 for the number of participants. We will arrange a room type for 3 people based on the number of people in the order. If you have special requests such as a smoking/non-smoking room or allergy requirements, please make a note in advance. Arrangements will be made according to the hotel's discretion and cannot be specified. We appreciate your understanding.
• Tour leader arrangement: For groups of 10 people or fewer, a driver-guide service will be provided, along with Chinese and English customer service support; for groups of 10 people (inclusive) or more, a professional tour leader will accompany the group.
• Depending on reservations and on-site conditions, you may take the Zao Ropeway or the Zao Chuo Ropeway. If the ropeway service is suspended due to unavoidable factors such as traffic or weather, the itinerary will be changed to a footbath experience in Zao Onsen Street, and the ropeway fee will be refunded later: 3000 JPY for adults and 1500 JPY for children. Please be aware of this. Fox Village: One adult can bring one child or infant for free admission, and the adult must hold the child's hand throughout the activity. • Winter Itinerary Notes During winter, various attractions may adjust their opening status due to weather, snowfall, road closures, or safety factors, and some attractions may not be accessible. The formation and viewing conditions of Zao Juhyo (frost-covered trees) are affected by climate; the best viewing period each year may be earlier or later, and it may also be impossible to view due to natural factors. Once the tour group is formed, regardless of the actual condition of the Juhyo, the tour will proceed according to the original itinerary. Please understand that the itinerary will not be adjusted or refunds issued based on the Juhyo viewing conditions.
• Bus seats are one per person. Depending on the registration situation on the day, it is possible that a person of the opposite sex may be assigned to the adjacent seat. Seat assignments cannot be specified. Bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other travelers in the same group, depending on the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
• Each passenger is limited to one piece of luggage. The maximum size for luggage stored in the bus's luggage compartment is a total of 120 cm for all three dimensions. If customers have special-sized luggage (such as golf clubs, strollers, snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, or non-suitcase luggage, etc.), please specify the type, quantity, and dimensions of the items when making a reservation. The bus company reserves the right to decide whether it can be carried.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
