• We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure, informing them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it promptly. It might be in your spam folder! During peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest one. If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the guide's account based on the information in the email.
• If there is a need for an independent group, we will try our best to arrange it. Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be used for more than 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour). Please be aware of this.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making temporary changes. If you are unable to board due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the long travel time, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The time provided above is an estimate only. Please avoid arranging other activities after your itinerary on the same day. Our company will not be held responsible for any losses caused by delays. We appreciate your understanding.
• From March 28th to April 12th, go to the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival; Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor (Autumn limited: November 1st to November 30th; official notice); on other dates, go to Kawaguchiko Oishi Park.
• Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge at most. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" section when placing your order! If not informed one day in advance and carried temporarily, it will lead to crowded compartments and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. We apologize.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Please note that you cannot specify the vehicle type.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: other serious medical conditions
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
