I was very fortunate to still be included in the tour even though I was about 30 minutes late. Very tiring (prepare sunblock!) but still very fun.
Awesome activity schedule Thanks to our leader for leading us to stop the boat by the stream to the hot spring and soak for a while before setting off. There were some episodes when people fell into the river. Our team leader saved me an oar. I ’m a bit sorry.
The guide did an excellent job of setting us up, ensuring we’re well equipped and warm. He gave us a good brief of the various sites and history, and even prepared delicious muffins and hot drinks at secluded rest point. Highly recommended.
Our family truly enjoyed the kayaking expedition on 11 Dec 2019. Our wonderful guide, Rob, shared the history of Taupo Lake, all information about the surroundings and highlighted the rare species of birds spotted along our way. The best part is the stopover at the Otumuheke Spa Park😍 Rob interacted closely with my kids and they love him. We hope to return some day and will definitely book a tour with Taupo Kayaking Adventure through Klook!
My kayak trip got cancelled due to strong wind. Taupo Kayak Adventure is very helpful to advice alternative activities for me and agreed to refund. BUT Klook customer service is very disappointed, I left message to Klook TWICE but still got no reply and just got promotion emails and reminders for reviews.
It was so fun and the guide was really good. Me and my family enjoyed our lovely morning on the river.
We didn’t have enough energy on the way, but fortunately there was an electric motor, and there would be a cup of chocolate and pastries in the middle, and the staff would also help us take pictures, but we still haven’t received it after 10 days
Due to the strong wind, the temporary tour was cancelled. It's a pity not to attend.
The canoe is super fun, and here is to experience the canoe, otherwise it is equal to never been, and the night tour feels even better.
It was hard to row, but it was good thanks to the good view and great guide.
