• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• Please be in smart casual clothing for this activity
• The following items are prohibited: weapons of any kind
• Pets are allowed
• Flash photography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
• The legal drinking age in Azerbaijan is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
• The activity is prohibited for: other serious medical conditions
• The activity is able to accommodate the following dietary requirements: vegetarian diets
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The activity is able to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been validated.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 1 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more

• Children aged 0-1 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-0 can join this activity free of charge
• Participants aged 0 / 2 / 3-15 / 16 / 17 are considered children, based on their official ID
• Children under 1 / 2 / 3 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
