  • The bus will depart on time. Failure to arrive on time or inability to participate in the tour due to personal reasons will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of the itinerary, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
  • The order of the itinerary, duration of stay, and route are for reference only and will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather, traffic, and on-site conditions of the day. The actual arrangement will be based on the on-site situation.
  • All itinerary times are estimates, and actual arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions. It is recommended to avoid arranging other activities for the evening of the same day.
  • In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, government orders, or other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
  • During the peak season for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route snow walls, the starting and ending points for entering the mountains may be adjusted due to reservation conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Bus seats are one seat per person, and seat assignments cannot be specified. Passengers of different genders may be seated together. The actual arrangement will be based on the on-site situation.
  • Each passenger is limited to one piece of luggage. This itinerary will dispatch vehicles based on the actual number of people, and small vehicles may be used. If you have large luggage, please inform us in the reservation notes.
  • Infants and young children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult is limited to one infant, who must be held on their lap. Please indicate the age in the reservation notes.
  • There is no age limit for this itinerary; however, passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and passengers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by a relative or friend. Because this is a high-mountain itinerary and includes a relatively long time spent in transit, passengers are advised to carefully evaluate their physical and mental condition before registering. If you have chronic diseases, mobility problems, pregnancy, or other health considerations, please inform us when registering and assess whether you are suitable for the tour.
  • If you need to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and sign a departure consent form. Passengers will be responsible for their own itinerary and safety responsibilities after leaving the group, and no refunds will be provided.
  • This itinerary has basic travel liability insurance in accordance with the law. It is recommended that passengers purchase additional travel safety insurance or medical insurance according to their individual needs.

  • The company will arrange the reservation for all types of transportation on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Please do not purchase mountain-related tickets on your own. Please pay the ticket fee to the tour leader on site on the day of travel: Adults (12 years and older) are JPY 10,940, and children (6–11 years old) are JPY 5,480.
