- The bus will depart on time. Failure to arrive on time or inability to participate in the tour due to personal reasons will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the itinerary, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
- The itinerary sequence, duration of stops, and route are for reference only and will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather, traffic, and on-site conditions of the day. The actual arrangements will be based on the on-site situation.
- In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, government orders, or other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
- All itinerary times are estimates, and actual arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions. It is recommended to avoid arranging other activities in the evening.
- During the peak season for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route snow walls, sightseeing spots or accommodation order may be adjusted due to crowds, mountain entry reservations, or accommodation confirmation status.
- If an early departure is required, resulting in the inability to dine at the hotel, a meal box or JPY 1,000 allowance per person will be provided instead. Thank you for your understanding.
- Bus seats are assigned one per person and cannot be specified. It is possible that you may be seated with a person of the opposite sex. The actual arrangements will be based on the on-site situation.
- Each passenger is limited to one suitcase (total length of three sides not exceeding 120 cm). If you have special luggage such as strollers or wheelchairs, please specify it when booking. Whether it can be carried will be determined by the bus company.
- Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult is limited to one infant, who must be seated on their lap, and the age must be specified when booking.
- Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult; travelers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by a relative or friend.
- This itinerary includes a relatively long transportation time. Please evaluate your personal physical condition before registering. If you have chronic diseases, mobility issues, pregnancy, or other health considerations, please be sure to inform us when registering and carefully consider whether you are suitable to participate in the tour.
- If you need to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and sign a departure consent form. Travelers are responsible for their own itinerary and safety after leaving the group, and no refunds will be given.
- This itinerary includes basic travel liability insurance as required. It is recommended that travelers purchase travel accident insurance or medical insurance separately according to their individual needs.

- Japanese hot spring facilities regulations: Those with tattoos (including stickers), intoxication, skin diseases, or infectious diseases will not be allowed to bathe.
- If the tour is canceled due to insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be given; refunds or compensation cannot be claimed for personal reasons (lateness, no-show, abandonment of itinerary, etc.).
- Provided that the itinerary content remains unchanged, the actual itinerary will be flexibly adjusted according to the hotel's final confirmation reply, local traffic conditions, and actual operational arrangements to ensure smooth itinerary and travel quality. Please refer to the pre-departure briefing or final itinerary confirmation for the actual itinerary arrangements.
- Please ensure that the contact information is correct when booking. The tour guide or driver's contact information will be provided no later than 1 day before departure. Please be sure to pay attention to the pre-departure notice to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
