# [Pre-Trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be provided. Please note that there will be no refunds.
• This tour is a fixed-route group tour. Throughout the tour, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Parking is not permitted at locations other than designated scenic spots.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car with the driver acting as a guide may be used. The pace of small car tours is relatively flexible, but explanations will be limited to basic information. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and scenic area restrictions. We do not provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take flights or Shinkansen on the same day should register with caution and allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you will need to pay JPY 2,000 per piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding without a refund.
• For those 70 years of age or older and pregnant women, you must contact the staff email jingyu12333@163.com to request and sign a liability waiver at least one day before departure, and return it before you can participate in the tour.
• Regarding the flowering season and autumn foliage conditions, they may be earlier or later than expected due to climate change in that year. Once the tour is confirmed, we will not accept requests for refunds due to unmet expectations.

[Information During the Trip]

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimized based on the overall route. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the itinerary of all passengers.
• The tour time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We are unable to provide refunds or compensation for delays or changes in order. Thank you for understanding the uncertainty of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the order of sightseeing depending on the situation on-site.
• Please comply with the park's safety regulations inside Fuji Safari Park. Without permission, do not feed the animals, pat the car windows, or engage in dangerous behavior. You are responsible for any related consequences.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If you cause stains or damage, you will be charged a cleaning fee according to local standards.
• If you leave the group on your own or depart from the group midway after the tour has started, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. You are responsible for your own safety during this period.
