Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a 4 or 8-hours car charter in Nha Trang. You may also customize the route according to your needs (please inform operator in advance and surcharge may incur)
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes toll fee, parking fee, insurance. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, extract over-time and exceeding kilometer fee…and so on.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services? We don’t provide the multi-day service currently.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed? The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 20:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE).

My driver, Quang, was an incredibly nice person and I was able to spend a very enjoyable day with him ♫ Quang translated Vietnamese to Japanese, and I translated Japanese to Vietnamese and we had many conversations along the way. He fulfilled all my wishes, we went to all the places I wanted to go, and I ate everything I wanted to eat, so I was very very satisfied ♡♡♡ I think anyone who uses this service and has a Quang as their driver is very lucky!!!! my driver was on time and went everywhere I wanted to go. two were off the beaten path. Very nice young man. the car was fairly new, clean and in excellent shape. All went very smoothly. photos are just a couple of places visited.
The driver who was initially dispatched tried to scam me by asking me to pay an additional fee if I went to more than 4 places during the 4-hour tour. I contacted the customer center and informed them of the situation, and they changed the driver to a new driver in 10 minutes. The new driver spoke English the most fluently among the drivers I met in Nha Trang. He was very kind and worried and took care of me as I was returning to the hotel after 3 hours because my child was too hot and not in good condition. I was in a bad mood because the driver scammed me before the tour even started, but the new driver was such a nice person that I even gave him a tip at the end. I had a comfortable trip because the driver changed. I will continue to trust and use Klook in the future for their quick response.
The car was clean and nice, and the service was excellent. They also helped me pack everything I needed for my trip, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
Driver was pleasant and well-mannered, despite not being able to communicate with us in our language. Safe driving throughout the half-day tour. He even took us to the Dam Market before ending the tour as we had some time left. Highly recommended.
The driver was punctual in picking us up from the hotel on the day of the tour. We used WeChat to communicate with each other regarding pick-up times and locations at Nha Trang city attractions. The driver was friendly, courteous, and very patient while waiting near the attractions!
