• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, cancellations will be notified by email one day prior to departure. In case of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, cancellation confirmation will be made before 18:00 on the day prior to departure (local time) and notified via email. Seating and Vehicles This is a group tour, and seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please note them when booking, and we will try our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to on-site conditions. Vehicle types are arranged according to the number of participants, and specific vehicle models cannot be requested. For small groups, a driver-guide may be arranged, and the commentary may be relatively brief. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring it without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle, and any contamination will be compensated according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional fees (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay durations, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. Tour guides may reasonably replace or omit attractions based on actual conditions. In the event of facility suspensions such as cable cars or cruise ships due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions or adjusted stay durations will be arranged. Fees will not be refunded for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. Accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the tour must be borne by yourself. Seasons and Landscapes In winter, if special circumstances occur such as highway closures or restricted entry to scenic areas, we will reduce or modify the route, and no refunds will be available. Other Notices Please arrive at the meeting point on time; we will not wait for latecomers, and joining the tour midway is not allowed. It is recommended to wear lightweight clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain trips, please bring your own warm clothing.

* The tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance; purchasing your own insurance is recommended. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks, so travelers are advised to sign up cautiously based on their own health conditions.

* Once the tour departs, if it is forced to suspend due to natural disasters or force majeure, fees will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return or additional accommodation expenses themselves.

* During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic congestion or early closures of attractions are common. It is strongly recommended not to book same-night flights, Shinkansen (bullet trains), or dinners, and to bring your own light snacks and portable power banks.
