• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be given. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route, and you will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the entire trip. Parking is not allowed outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. The pace of small car trips is relatively flexible, but the explanation will focus on basic instructions. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and scenic spot control. If there are delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take flights or bullet trains on the same day should sign up with caution and reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra pieces, you will need to pay 2,000 yen/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
• Seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women who sign up must contact the staff email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure to request and sign a disclaimer. You can only participate in the trip after returning it.
• Regarding the flowering period and maple leaf conditions, they may be earlier or later due to climate changes in the year. Once the group is formed, we will not accept requests for refunds due to failure to meet expectations.

• The stay time at each attraction has been optimized according to the overall route design. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time to avoid affecting the itinerary of all passengers.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or sequence changes, we will not be able to request refunds or compensation based on this. Thank you for understanding the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the tour sequence depending on the situation on site.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for your own safety during the period.
