Our instructor, Tom, was honestly amazing. Super patient, knowledgeable and really fun to learn from. He looks like he’s in his 20s, spoke excellent English (with a slight British accent), explained everything clearly + created such a chill, comfortable learning vibe with his calm and encouraging style. He mentioned he was trained under New Zealand certification standards, which really showed in his structured teaching. We were three total first time beginners, and he made the experience fun instead of intimidating while still covering all the essentials. From introducing the equipment to teaching proper techniques, correcting our stance, and guiding us step by step, he made learning feel easy and enjoyable. He stayed with us the entire 3 hours and never left our side, which we really appreciated. 10/10 for Tom!! Only complaint is the class flew by too fast and we wanted more timeee. Qianhai indoor ski is a great place for beginners to learn the basics before hitting real mountains.

Last time, Coach Tsang taught me 1-on-2. I had never skied before, but it was really fun. It's definitely much better to get a coach when you're starting out. A coach can guide you on the right posture to begin with, and Coach Tsang taught very well. He started with the equipment, and we tried many things in the very first lesson.

nice coach and pretty well guided as my family are all new to skiing..Coach is patient and provided useful guidance and ensuring the safety of my children most time. As our class is 1 vs 4, hence not much expectation to learn a lot but at least the fundamental in a 3hr lesson. would recommend family with young children to try out the lesson with them as they are skilled and attentive to needs.

The instructor was very good, explaining everything in detail, and even helped me when my board fell off the cable car. I barely fell during the lesson, and they also gave me some tips for future practice. Excellent!

instructor: Tom is a great coach and he was very systematic in delivery the lesson, he broke down the lesson into bite size and increase the complexity gradually. I have great experience with Tom and would highly recommend him.

Highly recommending Coach Tom. He is extremely detailed and systematic in his training. He knows exactly what ticks best for adult and children - we had 2 adults and a 6 year old. He can manage the 3 of us on ski slopes, and we were able to ski down slowly by ourselves (with his guidance) on our 2nd attempt. He is passionate and knowledgeable about indoor and outdoor skiing, given that he has been to many of the ski resorts globally. Also very fluent in both English and Mandarin. Looking forward to more sessions with him!

The instructor is patient and provides detailed explanations and guidance. They also adjust their teaching methods and pace according to the individual's learning ability, encouraging me to gradually overcome difficulties. 👍

Highly recommended. Coach Tom was responsive on WeChat and corrected my kids' movement so ensure foundation was solid.

Coach Xiaoyanzi is very patient and teaches exceptionally well. It was a wonderful experience!
