We ended up having a private tour on the Friday. Hide was our guide for the day and he was fun and informative and would thoroughly recommend doing this tour as Hide loves his job and is the perfect man to show you his region with excellent knowledge.
Around 8 AM, the tour guide will warmly greet you at the meeting point. Once everyone has arrived, the tour will depart directly. The guide will provide rich and informative commentary on the sights along the way and local characteristics. There will be a rest stop on both the outbound and return journeys, where you can purchase local specialty items and stretch your legs. The tour guide is very professional and dedicated, highly recommended!
