Pick-up & Drop-off

• Pick-up and drop-off are available from the airport and hotels within Singapore City.

Itinerary

• Suggested itineraries will be shared in advance.
• Our team will liaise with the customer before the trip to finalize the route.
• On the day of service, the itinerary remains flexible.
• Guests may also customize their route (overtime charges apply).

Suggested Itineraries (Examples):

• 4H Half-Day: Merlion Park → Marina Bay Sands → ArtScience Museum → Helix Bridge → Gardens By The Bay.
• 8H Full-Day: Above + Little India (Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple), Chinatown (Buddha Tooth Relic Temple), Arab Street & Sultan Mosque.

Tour Guide Service:

• Tour Guide Services are available for Hourly Car Charter packages.
• Tour Guide Services are not avaulable for bookings with participation time within 12:00AM and 5:59AM.
• Available in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
• Licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
• A tour guide occupies one passenger seat, so maximum capacity will be reduced accordingly.
• Advance booking for Tour Guide services is required (minimum 24 hours).

Add-ons

• Add-ons such as Pet Friendly services, Child Seats, Additional Stops, Meet & Greet are available. Add units upon checkout in order for add-on services to be provided.
• Additional add-ons requests after checkout may be accommodated at the operator/driver's discretion. The operator/driver reserves the right to reject additional requests. Additional fees apply and these may be paid directly to the driver/operator.

Waiting Time & Overtime

• Waiting time starts from the scheduled pickup time (or actual flight landing for airport pickups).
• No complimentary waiting time is provided. (Timing will commence from scheduled pickup time.)
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks:
• 16 mins delay = 30-min charge
• 31 mins delay = 1-hour charge.
• Overtime Charges are payable directly to the driver on the day of the service.

Passenger & Luggage Policy

• Luggage capacity is based on standard luggage size (53 × 35 × 23 cm).
• Oversized luggage (e.g., strollers, golf bags, surfboards) may reduce total capacity.
• If a tour guide is added, passenger capacity decreases by one seat.
• Please inform us in advance if bringing oversized items to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated.

Important Reminders

• No eating or drinking in vehicles.
• All vehicles and drivers are licensed by LTA for limousine/private hire services.
• All tour guides are licensed by STB.
• Indicate the desired pickup/drop off location and pickup time at the checkout page.
• The guest is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details indicated at the checkout page.

Inclusions

• Parking, ERP, toll, and admission charges are included in the charter rate.
