- Sections B and C: Open seating on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid ticket
- To respect the rights of all audience members, regardless of age, each person requires a ticket for entry.
- The performance lasts approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.
- Recommended for audiences ages 3 and up.
- Video recording, audio recording, and photography are prohibited during the performance, except during the curtain call.
- The performance contains smoke and bright, flashing lights. Please consider this before entering.
- Pets are not allowed inside the theater or indoor areas.
- Pets are allowed in the outdoor amusement park, but please keep them under your supervision due to crowds and ensure their safety.
- To protect the fair rights of all audience members, reserving seats with bags, jackets, water bottles, or other items is prohibited.
- Any unattended items will be treated as lost property and taken to the service counter without further notice.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program and event content.
- Performances will proceed as scheduled unless affected by natural disasters or other force majeure events (such as typhoons or earthquakes, based on government announcements of work/school closures or safety assessments by the organizer). - Ticket prices include entertainment tax.
- This event is recommended for audiences ages 3 and up. Each person requires a ticket, regardless of age. Please present your KLOOK voucher at the ticket booth to exchange it for a physical ticket before entering.
- Please keep your ticket safe. The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unrecognizable tickets, and no replacements will be issued. Entry or ticket reissuance will not be permitted with any other form of proof.
- The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
- Refunds and exchanges must be processed at least 10 days before the performance date and are subject to a 10% handling fee. Requests will not be accepted after this deadline.
- To maintain performance quality and protect the rights of other audience members, late arrivals and those who leave during the performance will be admitted at the discretion of the organizer.
- People with disabilities and one necessary companion are eligible for a 50% discount on tickets. Valid identification must be presented upon entry.
