The instructions for using the voucher were confusing, and the explanation provided was inaccurate. When I arrived at the address listed, there was a cruise ticket vendor. I showed them my voucher's QR code, but they claimed it wasn't theirs and tried to send me elsewhere. I insisted that I was at the correct location, and only then did they ask me to take screenshots of my entire voucher (they said just the QR code wasn't enough and made me retake them) and send them to an email address before they would issue the ticket. I've been using Klook for a long time, but this is the first time I've encountered such an unhelpful and confusing voucher exchange process.
