📩 Pre-trip Notice

Two days before the trip, we will send you a QR code for the WeChat activity group. The butler and driver will join the group to serve you.
Foreign guests can register with confidence. The Chinese driver will use a mobile translation app to communicate. Please register for WeChat in advance.

🕗 Meeting Time and Location

The first day of the itinerary includes airport pick-up service and hotel accommodation. You can explore on your own after checking into the hotel.

Day 1: Departure City to Urumqi (assembly)
Day 2: Urumqi to General Mountain Cable Car Sunset Party to General Mountain Night Skiing (500 km, 6 hours) to Altay
Day 3: Altay to Hemu (260 km, 4 hours)
Day 4: Hemu to Kanas (90 km, 2 hours) to Burqin (160 km, 3 hours)
Day 5: Burqin to World Devil City (220 km, 3 hours) to Kuitun (260 km, 3 hours)
Day 6: Kuitun to Sayram Lake/People and Car Stroll (310 km, 3.5 hours) to Jinghe (140 km, 1.5 hours)
Day 7: Jinghe to Anjihai Grand Canyon (230 km, 3 hours) to Urumqi (disbandment) (240 km, 2.5 hours)
If booking a train from Urumqi, it is recommended to book one after 8 PM. If booking a flight from Urumqi, it is recommended to book one after 9 PM.
Note: D3 (If Hemu Scenic Area encounters traffic control due to weather, the Hemu Scenic Area tour will be canceled and changed to Altay to Ulungur Lake to Burqin) D4 (If Hemu Kanas Scenic Area encounters traffic control due to weather, the Kanas Scenic Area visit will be canceled and changed to Hemu to Burqin; if Hemu Scenic Area has full-day traffic control and cannot be left, then a day will be spent resting in Hemu Scenic Area)

Day 1: Today, independent travelers from all over the country gathered in Urumqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, to meet up at the designated hotel.

On the second day of my trip, I officially began my journey. Snowy mountains, forests, and cities lined both sides of the road—a completely different scenery from summer.

[General Peak Sunset Cable Car Party] Waiting for the sunset to slowly sink toward the rolling snow peaks, the orange-gold rosy light covers the entire snowfield, and the sky blooms with a pink-purple gradient.

[Hemuk Village] Winter in Hemu feels just like living in a fairytale. It is known as one of the most beautiful villages in China. Tonight, we will stay in a wooden cabin in Hemu, watching the moon and counting the stars.

Hemu has arranged a [light travel photography session] (9 color-graded photos). After taking photos, you will come to the inn for [around-the-stove tea boiling], experiencing a back-to-basics atmosphere in modern life, forgetting worries and troubles, and

D4: No sleeping in today; heading to the viewing platform to enjoy the [Hemuk Morning Mist]. Sunlight filters lazily through the light mist hanging over the village, casting a slanted, relaxed glow.

After breakfast, proceed to "God's Back Garden" [Kanas Scenic Area]. Winter in Kanas is like an ice and snow world, so unrealistically beautiful that it instantly captivates anyone who sees it.

Tour the World Ghost City, ranked first among "China's Three Most Beautiful Yardangs". Strong winds frequently blow inside the city, and the wind whips sand and gravel to friction against the rock walls, making a plaintive wailing like that of ghosts.

Illuminated by the golden sunlight, the desolate and weathered wind-eroded rock formations appear stark, bleak, and breathtaking.

Day 6: Visit Sayram Lake, known as "the last tear of the Atlantic." We have specially arranged a self-driving tour around Sayram Lake, driving along the lakeside highway to stop and sightsee as we go.

Everyone can also shoot "People and Cars Strolling" videos, capturing and enjoying the beautiful Sayram Lake from different angles.

D7: Visit the [Anjihai Grand Canyon]. Through years of erosion in the Tianshan Mountains, a canyon was carved out near Tongugut.

The valley alluvial fan is grand in scale, opening northward in an umbrella shape, which can be called a geological wonder. Standing on the top of the mountain and looking down at the valley floor, it is breathtaking.
