ADMISSION ARRANGEMENT

  • Each ticket is a 90-minute pass, providing access to 「Giant Bouncy Zone」during a designated 40-minute time slot (session A or B), as well as unlimited access to 「Snap & Play Zone」. Visitors must access 「Giant Bouncy Zone」in their designated time slot. Please select the date, session and the time slot of accessing「Giant Bouncy Zone」when purchasing.
  • Each ticket is valid throughout the designated date of purchase. Please present the QR code on the ticket at entrance for verification. The admission ticket is only valid for single entry on the selected date.
  • Each admission ticket is valid for one person and allows entry only once.
  • All participants must purchase tickets to enter the event venue, including parents accompanying children. Tickets are the same for adults and children, and parents or caregivers (adult aged 18 or above) accompanying children are required to purchase tickets.
  • Please confirm your physical condition before entering 「Giant Bouncy Zone」; pregnant women and anyone who is unwell is not allowed to enter.
  • All admission wristbands must be personally collected at the venue entrance. No form of authorized collection will be accepted.
  • To ensure your enjoyment, the check-in counter will open 45 minutes before each session. Participants are kindly requested to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time to allow ample time for check-in. Late arrivals will not be given extra time. All arrangements are subject to the final decision of the venue staff.
  • Visitors who arrive late or fail to enter during the specified dates and time slots will not be permitted entry. All expired QR codes will be rendered invalid and will not be eligible for ticket exchange.
  • ‘Junior Session’ is designed for children with a height for 120cm or below, and the junior session’ is held from 9:30am to 11:00am & 11:10am to 12:40pm every day. Accompanying parents/caregivers (aged 18or above) must purchase their own tickets.
  • 'Bigger Kids Session' is designed for children aged 15 or under; accompanying parents/caregivers (aged 18or above) must purchase their own tickets.
  • Any child (aged 12 or below) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the event.
  • Ticket-holding children under the age of 12 must be accompanied, cared for, and guided by a ticket-holding adult throughout the entire journey, who will assume full responsibility for the child.
  • Socks are required when entering the 「Giant Bouncy Zone」. Participants should bring their own socks or purchase them on-site, each pair HKD$25 (stocks are limited and available while supplies last).
  • 「Giant Bouncy Zone」has a maximum weight limit of 245 lbs (111 kg) and a maximum height limit of 193 cm.
  • To ensure a better experience for all participants, the event will implement crowd control measures. Individuals holding admission tickets or wristbands are required to queue prior to entry and to cooperate with staff instructions to exit, thereby facilitating the smooth entry of subsequent visitors.
  • The organizer reserves the right to implement crowd management arrangements in specific areas as necessary. Visitors are requested to adhere to the instructions provided by staff and to cooperate in an orderly manner during the clearing process.
  • The organizer reserves the right to conduct photography, videography, and audio recording during the event. The organizer also has the right to use such images, photographs, and sound for any purpose without payment to any individual. For the avoidance of doubt, the organizer is the sole and absolute owner of all rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) to all of the aforementioned materials.
  • No individual may conduct any commercial photography without the written consent of the organizer.
  • All details and arrangements are subject to announcements made by the organizers.

POINTS TO NOTE

  • Please enter the venue on time during your scheduled time slot. If you are unable to enter on the specified date and/or time, the QR code will become invalid, and entry will not be permitted.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change game content, prizes, rules, and methods without prior notice.
  • Large luggage or items are not permitted (including bags, boxes, and luggage exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm; single tripods, tripods, folding chairs, and stools).
  • There is no luggage storage area for this event. Participants are advised not to bring valuables. The organizer will not be responsible or compensate for any damage or loss.
  • Visitors are not allowed to bring animals or pets into the venue, except for service animals (e.g., guide dogs).
  • Any child (aged 12 or below) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above) when entering the event.
  • Please keep the ticket QR code, admission wristband. Any alterations, photocopies, or scanned reproductions of tickets are invalid. In the event of theft, loss, damage, or destruction, neither the organizer nor the ticketing platform will reissue or replace them, nor will they assume any responsibility.
  • All tickets, gifts, or any content related to this event may not be resold or used for any promotional or commercial purposes without the organizer's consent.

VENUE & VENUE CLEANING

  • Venue have strong lighting and loud audio effects that may cause momentary discomfort. Participants should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the event. Please inform our staff immediately if you are not feeling well.
  • Some event areas may have dim lighting. All participants, especially children, the elderly, and pregnant individuals, should exercise caution while walking or interacting with exhibits. If you need any assistance, please contact the staff present.
  • Please keep the venue clean. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the venue, and no food or drinks are allowed to enter the venue.
  • To avoid any food contamination and other risks, take-out foods and beverages are prohibited except for infant formula. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the venue.
  • If the venue is soiled, the organizer reserves the right to charge customers a cleaning fee of $500 or more.
  • It is forbidden to littler, spit or engage in any unhygienic behavior. If the venue is soiled, the organizer reserves the right to charge customers a cleansing fee of $500 - $1000 or more.
  • The organizer reserves the right to charge the relevant parties a cleaning and disinfection fee of HK$500 – HK$1000 for incidents such as vomiting, any liquid leakage or excrement.
  • We also ask of your cooperation and are responsible for cleaning you and your children.

ARRANGEMENT UNDER SPECIAL WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1, Strong Monsoon Signal or Excessive high wind speeds on-site. Depending on the wind speed on-site. If the on-site wind speed remains within the safe range, the event will proceed as normal. If the on-site wind speed exceeds the safe range, the event will be temporarily suspended until the wind speed returns to a safe level.
  • Yellow, Red, & Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or higher ● In Effect Before Event Opening: ● Event will be closed and resume around 2 hours after the signal has been cancelled. ● If the signal remains in effect by 4pm, the event will be closed for the day. ● In Effect During Event Operations: Event will close after Observatory issues a signal forecast. Please pay attention to announcements on-site and on social media for the actual closing time. It will reopen approximately 2 hours after the signal is lifted. ● If the signal remains in effect until 4pm, it will remain closed for the entire day.
  • If the event is temporarily suspended due to special weather conditions under the following circumstances: ● Your session can be rescheduled. ● The event session cannot start and remains closed 15 minutes after that session start time. ● The event session starts but is suspended 15 minutes or earlier before the session end time. ● Klook will contact you via email within 24 hours after the session cancellation regarding the follow-up arrangements. Please pay attention to the email notification. Ticket holders of cancelled sessions can rebook a session of the same session type during the remaining event period, subject to availability. We recommend that affected ticket holders make reservations as soon as they receive the rescheduling arrangements.
  • For instant updates on activities and related arrangements regarding the event operations during special weather conditions, please pay close attention to the Observatory’s latest weather reports, announcements from the organizers, and the event’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/merryballoonhk.
  • This event will be held in an outdoor space and is subject to weather conditions. Participants should be aware of high temperatures, unstable weather, slippery ground, and strong winds. Participants must ensure that their condition is suitable for entering the venue.
  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust the quantity and size of exhibits (such as inflatable playground/facilities) based on weather conditions or venue arrangements, and to modify or omit certain exhibits without prior notice. Participants shall not seek any form of compensation or reimbursement for such adjustments.

SAFETY RULES

  • Please be careful at all times and be mindful of all the other bouncers around you. Following these rules will help ensure everyone bounces safely.
  • Do not jump down from any areas of height within the inflatables. Always use the provided steps or slides.
  • Somersaults, backflips and other dangerous maneuvers are not permitted.
  • You must never jump into a ball pit. Enter and exit carefully looking out for other guests within the ball pit.
  • Keep your head above the balls in the ball pit at all times.
  • When using slides, always slide down feet first, while lying down with your arms crossed over your chest. Never go down a slide headfirst.
  • Only ever Slide one person at a time down any slide.
  • Never use your foot as a brake when using a slide. Allow yourself to come to a natural stop at the bottom of the slide.
  • When jumping or moving around the inflatables, leave distance between yourself and other guests. Always be sure to follow the guidance and advice of event staff.
  • Please follow the guidance and advice of the event staff.

DISCIPLINE

  • The organizer may, based on operational needs, the capacity of the event, special programs, adverse weather, or any situation deemed necessary by the organizer, (i) change the opening hours or modify the rules, (ii) control the number of attendees, or (iii) suspend or cancel the event without prior notice and without providing refunds or any compensation to anyone.
  • Any disputes arising between Participants are personal matters. The Organizer shall not be obligated to intervene, mediate, or bear any responsibility related to such disputes.
  • The organizer assumes no liability for messages or content disseminated or displayed by third parties during the event.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any financial or other obligations arising from personal property left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise misplaced on the premises or during the event.
  • If any facilities/items within the event are damaged by a visitor, the relevant visitor shall be liable for compensation for the damaged facilities/items, with the amount of compensation to be determined solely by the organizer.
  • Neither the Organizer, its service providers, agents, affiliates, shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by any person or to any property, arising out of or in connection with the Event, howsoever caused.
  • The organizer reserves all rights to pursue and claim for losses resulting from individuals engaging in disruptive, disorderly, indecent, chaotic, or offensive behavior on the venue.
  • Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses (including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, hospitality costs, or other consequential losses) incurred by Participants arising from or related to any modification, postponement, cancellation, or termination of the Event.
  • The personal information provided by users will be utilized solely for event-related purposes.
  • Participation in this event is construed as acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The organizer retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the event on the organizer’s social platform.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the above information without prior notice and without any liability. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
  • All attendees are deemed to agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
