Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 5 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
