Meet at the door of the Mondadori store on the right side facing Milan Cathedral. The tour guide Marika is very professional and does not have a strong accent; most of the tour guides are very clear. Moreover, the tour guide interprets historical stories into a casual short play, which is interesting and easy to understand. The journey starts from the guided tour of Milan Cathedral and ends at the Last Supper without any interruptions. It’s great!
We had our tour from City Wonders. I would highly recommend this tour. It allows us to appreciate more of Milan, the history and culture. Our guide is Marika. She is so knowledgeable and her explanation was clear. She takes good care of our group throughout the tour too. Her explanation of Milan history is so well illustrated through the role play with the group, that it definitely leaves a deep impression and less complicated to understand. :) Finally this tour requires lots of walking. So comfortable shoes should be worn.
Apart from the high price, there’s really nothing to be wary of. It’s impossible to buy tickets by yourself. All the attractions have been booked by the tour group. However, it’s good to get admission to Milan Cathedral and a guided tour.
