What to expect

What routes are included in this activity? Is it possible to customize the route?
This activity applies to routes departing from Changbai Mountain/Yanji to Changbai Mountain, Devil's World Scenic Area, Tumen Port, Korean Folk Village, Yanji Internet Celebrity Wall, and other itineraries. In addition, we also offer the option of customized routes, and you can adjust the itinerary according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction? Are tickets included?
The length of stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure you have enough time to visit and take pictures. As for tickets, this activity does not include ticket fees; you need to purchase tickets yourself. Please refer to the itinerary details of the package for what is included in the fee.
What items are included in the fee? What are the extra costs?
This activity fee includes a Chinese-speaking driver (driver's meal fee), fuel fee, road tolls, and parking fee. Additional costs may include tickets, meal fees, overtime fees, or excess mileage fees.
After placing an order, when will the driver and license plate information be provided?
The operator usually provides driver information and license plate number at 18:00 (local time) on the afternoon 1 day before the service starts. The operator may contact you via Wechat, Whatsapp, or Email.

Vehicle Description:
5-seater Comfort Car + Dedicated Driver: Recommended for 3 passengers with 1-2 pieces of 24-inch luggage; maximum capacity of 4 passengers.
7-seater minivan + dedicated driver: Recommended for 5 passengers with capacity for 1-3 pieces of 24-inch luggage; maximum capacity is 6 passengers.
9-seater minivan + dedicated driver: Recommended for 7 passengers, can accommodate 1-4 24-inch suitcases, maximum capacity of 8 passengers.

Luggage Calculation:
The baggage size calculation standard is based on a 24-inch suitcase.
Large suitcases exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces. Any vehicle type can only accommodate two suitcases.
Oversized Baggage Additional Fees and Acceptable Baggage Size Information:
(1) 20-inch: Height including wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Depth 22cm
(2) 24 inches: Height with wheels 65cm x Width 41cm x Depth 24cm
(3) 26 inches: 70cm (H with wheels) x 44cm (W) x 25cm (D)
(4) 29-inch: 75cm high (including wheels) x 48cm wide x 30cm thick
(5) If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated for each passenger less. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without refund.

Book at least one day in advance by 12:00 PM.
After booking, guests need to confirm the itinerary at least one day in advance so that the driver can plan the route.
