Eligibility

  • Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • The child fare is a half of regular fare (Round up less than 10 YEN) and apply to children aged 6 to 12 (Elementary School) Children aged 0 to 5 and not using their own seats may travel for free. However, if they need their own seats, they shall qualify for child fare.

  • Some buses are equipped with jump seats. Even if you travel in jump seat, there will be no refund for the difference with ordinary seats.
  • You don't need to be a hotel guest when you travel from hotel. Please check with hotel staff for booking as early as possible.

Redemption information

  • After reservation, a confirmation email followed by a QR code will be sent to your email separately. Please use the QR code to board the bus.
