Terms and Conditions#

Ticket Redemption Information

  • By purchasing a ticket, you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Event.
  • Tickets are valid for use only during the ""Doggo Fest 2025"" event period from November 14 to 16, 2025, and are limited to the specified number of people and/or dogs on the ticket. Entry of the Event is valid only for the designated date and timeslot shown on the ticket; entry will be denied otherwise.
  • Lost, damaged, or defaced tickets or passes will not be reissued.
  • Participants can enjoy Specified Facilities in Doggo Fest Park paid area (i.e., Petventure Land, Off-Leash Park, Doggo Racetrack, Doggo Maze, Inflatable Pup-stacle Course, and Interactive Workshop) during the designated date and timeslot shown on the ticket. After the timeslot, participants may remain in the Doggo Fest Park paid area but are not allowed to use the Specified Facilities . Participants are not allowed to re-enter the Doggo Fest Park after the timeslot (for avoidance of doubt, re-entry is allowed during the timeslot).
  • To ensure a safe environment at ""Off-Leash Park"", the Off Leash Park will operate on a rotating schedule, alternating between time slots for small and large dogs (dogs under 15 kg are classified small dogs, and 15 kg or above are large dogs), with each session lasting for 45 minutes. Participants shall only use Off Leash Park during the corresponding timeslot according to the dog’s actual weight classification. A schedule will be displayed at the entrance of the Off Leash Park. Please enter the Off Leash Park accordingly.
  • To ensure safety of all participants and their dogs, a strict one-person-one-dog policy is enforced. Each adult may bring only one dog into the venue, and every dog must be accompanied by an adult; otherwise, entry will be denied.
  • Admission is restricted to dogs only; all other types of pets are not permitted.
  • Alcoholic beverages will be sold and provided on-site, available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Staff may request identification (such as ID card, passport, or travel document) if necessary.

**Receiving Welcome Gift Bags **

  • There are two types of welcome gift bags available for the Event, namely ""Doggo Fest Dog Gift Bag"" and ""Doggo Fest VIP Dog Gift Bag"".
  • Each dog admitted to the Event will receive one welcome gift bag, to be collected at entry on the day of the Event.
  • Certain items in the gift bags are available in different sizes; quantities are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed once items have been collected.
  • The ""Doggo Fest Dog Gift Bag"" includes: a Doggo Tote Bag, Doggo Poo Bags, a Doggo Bandana, a Doggo Social Patch, a Doggo Hand Fan, Rushy Stickers Sheet, Doggo Fest Exclusive Coupon Sheet and gifts from Gift Sponsors (total gift value $446).
  • The ""Doggo Fest VIP Dog Gift Bag"" includes: a VIP Doggo Tote Bag, a Thérèse x Doggo Fest Limited Edition: MVD Pet Tag, a Doggo Poo Bags, a Doggo Bandana, a Doggo Social Patch, a Doggo Hand Fan, Rushy Stickers Sheet, Doggo Fest Exclusive Coupon Sheet and gifts from Gift Sponsors (total gift value $644).
  • For avoidance of doubt, participants whose tickets do not include a dog entry will not be eligible to receive a welcome gift bag.

**Special Notes for Pets and Owners **

  • All dogs entering the venue must present and demonstrate the following proof and undergo microchip scanning prior to admission:
  • Dog license (issued by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation
  • Department, clearly showing an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate and the dog's microchip number)
  • Dogs who fail to present a valid dog license and are aged 5 months or above may present Vaccination Card which clearly shows that vaccinations for rabies were administered at least 14 days prior to the Event)
  • Microchip scanning is mandatory for all dogs before entry. Participants must
  • present a copy or a photo of dog license (or their vaccination card as
  • explained above) for verification. Dogs that fail inspection or lack valid
  • documentation will be denied entry. No refunds or rescheduling will be
  • provided in such cases.
  • Vaccinations for common infectious diseases is highly recommended
  • All dogs must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or above.
  • Except at designated off-leash areas, all dogs must be kept on a leash for safety with length no longer than 2 meters, or placed in a pet stroller or bag secured with a leash inside.
  • Fighting dogs (including American Pit Bull Terriers, Argentine Dogo, Japanese Tosa, Brazilian Fila, and a cross involving any of these breeds) and known dangerous dogs must be muzzled at all times and secured with a leash no longer than 1.5 meters and fitted with a designated collar.
  • Please maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Pet owners should bring cleaning supplies to handle waste and use their own sealed bags, containers, and/or tools to properly dispose of pet waste.
  • Pet owners shall bring drinking water and containers for their pets.
  • Outside food is strictly prohibited with the exception of baby and pet food.
  • Participants should comply with on-site signage and instructions (including no feeding in designated areas, etc.).
  • Pet owners should monitor their pets for any signs of abnormal conditions, such as elevated temperature, excessive panting, drooling, vomiting, or lethargy. If any of these symptoms occur, pets should be moved to a cool area to rest or assistance should be sought from the on-site veterinarian.
  • Pet must be supervised at all times by owners. Pet owners are responsible for preventing their pets from becoming lost, disturbing other participants, or posing any safety risks. Unattended pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Pet owners should ensure their pets remain within their control during the event and avoid excessive noise or behavior that may disturb others.
  • If a dog appears overly excited or shows behaviors deemed inappropriate for participation, event staff reserve the right to request the participants and their dogs to temporarily pause activities.
  • If (i) a dog displays aggression towards other participants or dogs, or (ii) the participant fails to maintain control of the dog, on-site staff reserve the right to request the participants to leave with their dogs.

**Other Important Notices **

  • No luggage storage area will be provided at the Event; participants are strongly advised not to bring valuable items. The Organiser will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
  • To ensure sufficient space for dogs, the designated activity area will have limited capacity for participants and pets. Admission of designated activity area is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the capacity is reached, additional participants and their pets may not be accommodated.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to revoke entry rights of any person or pet, or to request any person or pet to leave the venue to prevent disruption to other participants.
  • For assistance during the Event, participants may contact staff at the reception.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to use photographs, video footage and other recordings of participants for future promotional purposes.
  • Group personal accident and public liability insurance has been purchased and arranged for the Event; however, this does not include individual accident coverage for participants. Participants are responsible for any injuries they may cause to others and are advised to assess their own risk and arrange additional insurance coverage if necessary.
  • Participation in the event is entirely voluntary. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept all associated risks and responsibilities. No claims may be made against the Organizer, its agents, venue owners, sponsors, supporting organizations, and/or their employees and staff for injuries, accidents, death, or pet injuries, diseases, or fights, or for any losses or damages of any kind.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend and interpret the above rules. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to the Event will be announced on the event webpage and social media platforms.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify any Terms or Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.

Changes, Interruptions, or Cancellations of the Event#

  • If any event is delayed, changed, or cancelled, the Organiser will notify participants of the latest arrangements via announcements on social media platforms.
  • If a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before or during the Event, the affected session will be immediately cancelled. Arrangement for rescheduling or/and refunds will be announced on social media platforms subsequently. All details will be based on the Organiser's official announcements.
  • If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours before or during the Event, the venue will temporarily close, and subsequent reopening arrangements will be based on official announcements made by the Organiser on social media platforms.
  • Participants are advised to check weather conditions and forecasts the night before the Event, especially for potential tropical cyclone signals or black rainstorm warnings.
  • Given the outdoor nature of the Event, the organizer shall evaluate the actual weather conditions and reserves the right to adjust, delay or cancel the sessions of the Event to ensure safety of the Event. If cancellation occurs due to weather or other force majeure factors, the Organiser shall announce relevant arrangements as soon as possible on social media platforms. Participants should monitor the latest information released on social media platforms and the website. The Organizer retains full discretion to proceed with, postpone, or cancel the event based on prevailing safety conditions.
