What to expect
- Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field Hakuba Iwatake is the only independent peak (1,289 meters above sea level) in Hakuba Village. Because the summit area is not directly visible from the gondola base station or National Route 148, it is often mistaken for a “small ski resort.” In reality, first-time visitors are often amazed by the magnificent scenery of the summit area and the 360° panoramic view of the Northern Alps. Many are captivated by this and consider it their own “secret ski resort,” returning many times.

I am disappointed with the Klook platform's five-day package, which included round-trip bus transfers, ski equipment and gear rental services, and a lift pass. The actual experience at the ski rental shop (Hakuba Mountain Lounge Iwatake – Ski & Snowboard Rental) was far below expectations. First, upon arriving at the designated ski rental shop, we were told we needed to go to another shop to rent equipment, and we would have to pay an additional fee every day (500 yen/day). Furthermore, since my size 28 was not within the standard rental range, I had to pay an extra 1000 yen per day. I believe this charge is unreasonable, as this size is considered normal for an average Asian male. Second, the equipment provided was very old and in poor condition, even though I saw other customers in the shop using new equipment. I believe everyone should receive equal rental service and not feel like they are getting an inferior product in such a situation. Moreover, when I tried to contact the supplier via their official LINE account and email during business hours regarding these issues, I received no response, and I still haven't heard back. In summary, I advise other consumers to consider carefully before purchasing. I hope Klook can improve its service quality to provide a better experience for future customers.

I hope Klook improves its services and enhances transparency to prevent future customers from having such a terrible experience.

[Reservation to Arrival at Ski Resort]
- The meeting and departure location for the bus is "Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot." Please refer to the itinerary for the exact location.

- After checking in at the meeting point, the staff will give you bus tickets and lift ticket vouchers related to the itinerary. Please make sure the contents are correct before departure and keep them safe. If you have any questions, please contact the supplier.
- Depending on the number of applicants, buses from other travel agencies providing ski services may be used. In the event of the above, the parking location and time for the outbound and return trips will be adjusted. You will be notified by email from one week to the day before departure. Thank you for your understanding.
- When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting location in advance and do not be late.
- For all ski bus trips organized by the supplier (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave anything on the bus.
- After the bus arrives at Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort, please check your valuables before getting off the bus.
- If you need to rent ski equipment, you can rent it at the rental shop in the ski resort (reservations are not possible).
- Once ski equipment has been rented, it cannot be exchanged, and you will have to pay again to rent it after returning it. Thank you for your understanding.
- Afterwards, you can go to Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort to enjoy skiing. At the lift ticket exchange counter in the ski resort, use the voucher to exchange for the ski resort's lift ticket.

- Please confirm the return bus time, return the rented ski equipment in advance, pack your luggage, and wait for the bus to arrive at the designated location.
