Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort Ski Tour from Tokyo

• Ski Resort Information - Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort A vast snow resort with attractive diverse courses and a kids’ park! The slopes, consisting of four zones, can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of whether they ski or snowboard, including families. There is a snow park with various items of different sizes and a permanent halfpipe. The kids’ park is also substantial.

[For plans with rental included] Rental shop: E-ma Rental Joetsu Kokusai Branch Rental: Ski/snowboard set, top and bottom wear + 3 small items (gloves, goggles, hat) *Property damage insurance fee (rental compensation fee) is required locally (¥1,000, paid locally, non-refundable). *Rental included is only available for adults. Children must apply and pay locally. Customers are responsible for visiting the rental shop themselves.

[Common Information]

• The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15 people.
• Local staff can only provide support in Japanese.
• If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will, in principle, be canceled. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use.
• Loading snowboards and skis onto the bus or into the trunk is free of charge.
• Operating hours may be suddenly shortened or some lifts may be suspended during the period due to snowfall or weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this.
• There will be no refunds if lift tickets are unused due to customer circumstances.
• During the period of morning departure and day trip settings, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams/accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any reduction in local stay time or skiing time due to this. (We will not be able to respond to any compensation, etc.)
