Admission Method

Present your online reservation (klook voucher) to the on-site staff. After verification, you will receive your reservation benefits – an unreleased unit photocard and an admission pamphlet.

Queue Notice

Depending on the on-site situation, admission may be delayed and waiting lines may occur.

No Re-entry

Once you exit, re-entry is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

💳 Exchange & Refund Policy

[Ticket Refund Policy]

• For online reservations, free cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit date. After that time, refunds are not permitted.
• Purchased tickets are valid only during operating hours on the reserved date. After 20:00 (KST) on the date of use, tickets will be considered fully used regardless of actual usage, and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.

[MD Product Inspection]

Please inspect all merchandise for defects immediately upon receipt at the venue. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted once you leave the site.

[Exceptions to Defect Standards]

Minor scratches, dents, or marks that may occur during the manufacturing process of paper goods (such as photocards or posters) are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for exchange or refund.

[Exchange Conditions]

Exchanges are only accepted if an issue is raised immediately upon receipt. If confirmed as a major defect, the product will be exchanged for the same item.

[Refund Conditions]

• If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
• Exchanges or refunds are not possible for cases of simple change of mind.

When requesting, you must present:

• Purchase receipt
• Payment card
• Purchased product

• For smooth on-site operation and faster service, card payment is strongly recommended. Due to limited change availability, cash payments may cause delays or may not be accepted.
• Disposable shopping bags will not be provided. Please bring your own bag if needed.
• All products are produced in limited quantities and may sell out early.

Purchases from September 26 (Fri) – September 28 (Sun)

• Posters will not be displayed on-site, and immediate pick-up is not available.
• Customers must fill out a pre-order form at the venue and choose one of the following pick-up options:
• [1] On-site Pick-up: Visit between September 29 (Mon) and October 5 (Sun) during operating hours.
• [2] Delivery (Korea addresses only): Shipping will begin sequentially after the pop-up ends.

Purchases from September 29 (Mon) – October 5 (Sun)

• Posters will be displayed on-site, and you may purchase and receive the item immediately.
• Please note that if the item is sold out, purchase may not be possible.
