- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (80cm x 40cm x 40cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100x100cm
- Please don't leave your passport, flight documents, mobile phone, laptop and other important personal items in your luggage
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. If you find something wrong with your luggage, please consult with one of the customer service staffs of the operator
- Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete then operator will no longer bear any responsibility
- Please do not keep prohibited items in the airport in your luggage
- If the luggage does not meet one of the legal rules, the service will be terminated even the booking is successful. The customer will bear all the losses and any legal liabilities for the incident
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and the operator will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take photos of your luggage and storage receipt from the receptionist before leaving the hotel
- An amount up to VND22,000,000 per luggage insurance will cover relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage. This does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations, and airfare costs
- For customers who are staying at an Airbnb affiliated properties, the operator will contact you to reconfirm the pick up and drop off time
- Customers will receive full refunds from the operator for 20 mintues late deliveries

The process is very convenient! I left my luggage at the hotel on the last morning of the journey, and I could easily go shopping and do spa in the next four hours. I always received whatsapp to inform me of the collection and delivery status of my luggage. Finally, I took a bus to the international terminal. Under the domestic terminal, they found their company successfully to collect their luggage, and it only took ten minutes to return to the international terminal.
Delivery was also good, I was able to travel with confidence in the middle notification talk! When you get off the domestic flight from the taxi when you go to the airport, please drop off right in front of the store. And organize your luggage at the store! It's perfect to organize your luggage
Last day, the hotel did not have a hard time using the airport service.
They will Whatsapp your confirmation and send you guides to find the location of the shop. Do note that its located at the domestic terminal. You will need to walk over from the International terminal. Its a 5 min walk over. They will update you via Whatsapp with photos once your luggage has arrived the hotel.
Someone will use WhatsApp to follow up with you on your luggage delivery. The staff attitude is very good! Luggage was also delivered to the airport on time. I am very satisfied with this service!
I applied the day before to Korea to show the contents of the katok sent to the hotel and lightly did the rest of the tour. You don't have to worry about giving feedback in the middle like everyone else reviews. When I arrived, I checked my passport and asked me to open and check my luggage. For domestic flights, I have to travel to international flights after receipt, but it was not as far away as I thought.
