Before Your Trip

The information for your tour guide and vehicle will be sent to your email (it may end up in your spam folder) between 20:00–21:00 the day before departure. Please be sure to check it promptly and ensure your communication methods are open. There may be slight delays during peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified by email whether the tour is cancelled by 18:00 local time the day before departure.

Seating and Vehicles

This is a shared tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please make a note of them. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation. The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people and cannot be specified. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, you will be required to pay compensation according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000–10,000 JPY per hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual travel, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships, you will visit other attractions or adjust the length of your stay. No refunds will be given for lateness, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the group.

Seasons and Scenery

Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially low visibility in summer. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking. Seasonal events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not reached, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* This tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should register carefully based on their health conditions.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods such as Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for the same night, and to bring your own snacks and portable chargers.
