- Tour and Vehicle Arrangements Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day prior to departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of registered participants; specific vehicle types cannot be selected). Driver and Guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or fewer, the Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as the guide, providing simple explanations inside the vehicle, but will not provide guided tours after getting off the vehicle. Passenger Count: Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count. Please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity. Thank you for your understanding.
- Itinerary Arrangements and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day. In the event of traffic jams, severe weather, or other conditions, the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding. For group tours, detours or early departures are not allowed. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal activities (cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the activity will proceed as planned, and no refunds will be given due to unsatisfactory flowering conditions. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.
- Boarding Instructions Please be on time for the meeting. We will not wait for latecomers. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal lateness, no refund will be given. Seating arrangements are based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks. The final arrangement will be based on the driver’s coordination on the day. Vehicle space is limited. Each person can bring a maximum of 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If the vehicle becomes crowded due to temporary luggage, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given.
- Service and Communication The driver information and boarding location will be notified via WeChat / WhatsApp / Line / Email 1 day before departure between 18:00-21:00. Please be sure to check. If you do not receive a notification, please check your spam folder or contact customer service. This tour is a group tour and may share the vehicle with travelers who speak different languages. Thank you for your understanding.
- Fees and Additional Charges The tour does not include lunch. The driver can provide meal suggestions, and travelers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a private tour, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange it. The total tour duration must not exceed 10 hours. Overtime will incur additional charges (¥5,000-10,000 JPY/hour). Please be aware.
- Weather and Force Majeure In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or blizzards, you will be notified of whether the tour will be canceled by 17:00 1 day prior to departure. Please pay attention to emails or messages. Due to the impact of force majeure factors such as weather, attractions may be temporarily adjusted or activities may be canceled.
