[Note] August 9, 2025 - August 17, 2025 are Japanese holidays. The small train does not operate on the 3rd Thursday of each month in 2026 (June 19 / / August 21 / September 18 / October 16 / November 20), and will instead visit Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine. From December 1 to February 28, the small train tour will be adjusted to visit Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine; at other times, it will proceed to the small train experience as normal.

The drive to Takachiho is long, so you may want to bring some snacks. Walking is required in the gorge, so please wear comfortable shoes. Notification before departure • Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day’s departure to your email before 8 p.m. the day before departure, so please be sure to check (may be in the spam box). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact your guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you. • If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified by email of the cancellation the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 p.m. local time the day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and Vehicles • The tour is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have any special needs, please note them and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement will be based on the actual situation on site. • The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation will be relatively brief. • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without permission, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, and if damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day, and if the time is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged (5,000–10,000 yen/hour or more). • The itinerary is for reference only, and the actual traffic, stay, and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • If cable cars, cruise ships, and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the tour will be changed to other attractions or the stay time will be adjusted. • No refunds will be given for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting locations, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Landscapes

• Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate, and the peak flowering season and autumn foliage may be earlier or later. Even if the expected scenery is not reached, the itinerary will still depart as normal and no refunds will be given. • During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early, so it is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own snacks and portable chargers. Other Notes • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you are late, you will not be waited for, and you cannot join midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours. • The tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance, and it is recommended to purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks, so please be careful when signing up based on your health condition. • After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the traveler will have to bear the cost of the return trip or additional accommodation.
