[Friendly Reminder] It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The vehicle doors will close 15 minutes prior to departure. All tours will depart on time. If tourists do not arrive on time, the tour will be processed as a “NO SHOW” and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered. In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other unforeseen circumstances causing changes to the itinerary or preventing access to attractions, adjustments may be made, or the visit may be changed to an external viewing, subject to the final arrangements of the day. The order of the day’s itinerary is subject to the arrangement of the driver-guide.
[Booking Notice] Children and adolescents under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot book independently. If there are children under 12 years of age or shorter than 1.35 meters, please be sure to inform us in advance. We do not accept bookings for children aged 0-5. This product has a minimum group size requirement, and our customer service will conduct a secondary confirmation of this itinerary. If the minimum group size is not reached, we will notify guests of the tour cancellation in advance before the expected departure date. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you wish to book tickets in advance, we plan to arrive around 1:00 PM, so we recommend purchasing tickets for entry at 1:30 PM, but please note that we cannot guarantee punctual arrival.
