Important Notes

• Driver information will be provided via email before departure. The customer must confirm and reply the email.
• Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
• The base duration for this tour is 3 hours, including all stops, sightseeing, and driving time.
• If the tour exceeds 3 hours an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per hour will be charged, payable directly in cash to the driver.
• If you plan to tour longer than 3 hours, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section during booking (e.g., "I would like a 6-hours tour"). In this case, only the base 3 hours will be reserved, and the remaining hours will be paid in cash to the driver on the day.
• Requests to change departure time must be submitted at least 2 days in advance.
• If you are late due to traffic or other reasons, please contact us in writing before your scheduled departure time. The driver may wait up to one hour, but the trip will still end at the original scheduled time. (For example, if you book a trip from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and meet the driver at 10:00 AM, the trip will still end at 12:00 PM.)
• No child seat provided.
• Cancellations/changes on weekends or national holidays in Korea are not accepted. (For trips falling on holidays, requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM on the last business day.)
• Service area is strictly limited to the chosen city (Chuncheon, Sokcho, or Gangneung)
• [Chunchoen]: You may choose to stop over or get off at Pungmul Market or Chuncheon Myeongdong Street. By default, the stop will be set to Chuncheon Myeongdong Street. If you would like to visit Pungmul Market instead, please leave a remark in your itinerary when booking. Please note that Pungmul Market is open only on the 2nd, 7th, 12th, 17th, 22nd, and 27th of each month.
