I made a last-minute reservation for the same day, and thankfully, everything went smoothly. I booked for two people and arrived 10 minutes early. I was guided to the basement level and went through the mud experience in order ^^-♡ The mud was soft and lovely. Since it was during the day, there weren't many people, so it was quiet. They had a wet/dry sauna, bubble sauna, mist sauna, and a regular sauna, plus a small mini-pool. The pool was deeper than I expected... I was too scared to go in. Even for someone who's 178cm tall, the water came up to their chest! Yikes... I gave up, haha. It's perfect for a light mud spa experience right in the city center. ♡♡♡

I took advantage of the mud bath and massage combo. Just to be sure, I confirmed my reservation with the hotel via messenger, and they already had the reservation from Klook. I was a little confused about the entrance, but the reception for both the massage and the mud bath is on B1. The locker rooms and mud bath are on the 4th floor, and the massage is on the 3rd floor. The massage was a full 2 hours in a large private room, including hot stones. At the reception, they asked about my preferred pressure and problem areas beforehand, and this was communicated to the massage therapist. For the mud bath, I was given instructions, mineral water, and towels. It was comfortably warm, and I started sweating after 20 minutes. So, I skipped the sauna and enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool instead. It was easily accessible in the city center, saved me time, and I really enjoyed it.

what an experience! I like everything they offered. there’s an only con. 25 minutes of taking is too short to fully relax myself. but I understand it. I enjoy the other baths like mist sauna, dry sauna, and bubble bath.

Extremely good service and great staff to assist …. it has 5 other spa apart from the mud bath so kind of 2-3 hrs can be spent availing each of these.

The mud bath, dry sauna, wet sauna, and hot foot bath are all very, very comfortable.

Heiu Le was a great attendant. My elderly mom needed help and she was able to assist her, and even held her hand while moving around There were about 6 stations to stop at. The first station is the mud bath for 25mins. Overall a great experience.

Add this to your 'must do' list in Nha Trang. Great value for mud bath experience with sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool included. They provide bath suit but recommend to bring your own bikini to wear inside.
