Good to know
1. It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All trips will depart on time. If tourists do not arrive on time, the trip will be treated as a “NO SHOW”, and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
2. Chinese day tours have a minimum group size requirement. If the minimum number is not reached, the following may occur. Please read carefully before booking: 2.1. Chinese and English speakers may be combined into the same tour group and travel on the same bus. 2.2. If the tour is canceled due to failure to reach the minimum group size, we will notify you in advance, and you can apply for a full refund.
- From April 1, 2026, you can choose a small group option of 25 people or a super-value option of up to 50 people!
3. Attraction Notes ※ In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure that causes changes to the itinerary or prevents entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or the visit may be changed to an exterior view. The final arrangements for the day will prevail.
- The tour sequence for the day will be determined by the driver and tour guide.
- If booking a child ticket, an adult must accompany the child. Separate bookings are not allowed.
- Adult tickets are for ages 17-59, child tickets are for ages 3-16, and student tickets require a valid student ID card at the time of booking and on the day of the tour.
