- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

- This SIM card can be used with WCDMA devices
- This SIM card may not work with some devices due to different models and/or frequency bands. After installation, if the SIM card is not recognized, please restart the phone
- If you have already previously used another SIM card in Korea, you may not be able to activate the card. If you fail to activate the card at the counter, please contact Klook to get a full refund
- 4G Data SIM Card: you can choose to activate your Data SIM card at the counter on the redemption date or delay the activation. If you want to delay the activation, please notify the staff on-site while picking up your SIM card. However, the service period cannot be extended after the expiry date
- You cannot use the SIM card if your phone has any one of the following conditions: LG U plus communications terminal, Country Lock / Carrier Lock / SIM Lock status, United States Verizon3G communications, United States Sprint Communications, Japan AU 3G / Softbank Communications, and Japan Docomo users (except for Android mobile phone users who released SIM Lock in Japan and Apple mobile phone users who purchased mobile phones in the Apple Store)
- If you have purchased Data+Domestic Call and Texts SIM card, upon pick up you have to top-up at the counter. Otherwise, you will be provided with Data only SIM cards. (Top up amount 5500~55000 KRW)

The sim card was easy to setup and the connectivity was fast! I was also able to perform calls and properly receive text messages. This is a must if you need a temporary Korean phone number as a foreigner.

Pick-up process at the KT booth was quick and efficient. Instructions were given on how to use and set up the service. SIM ectractor tool is included with the kit. Had to restart phone a couple of times before the service kicked in. The only downside was that their booth was all the way near exit 13, so it was quite a looking walk from exit 4.
