Additional information
- Pickup Time: Safari pickup will be between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM. The exact time will be confirmed one day prior to the tour.
- Pickup will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on sharing basis from different hotels. ( maximum 06 person in 01 4WD)
- The participant is responsible for any injury he/she has inflicted on him/herself or on others from the usage of buggy/ATVs
- Any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider and passenger
- Children aged 5 years and under are not allowed to join the Tour.
- Dress Code: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal year-round. In winter evenings, a sweater or jacket may be needed. Sunglasses and a hat are recommended for sun protection.
- During Islamic holidays and Ramadan, live entertainment (Belly Dance, Tanoura) and alcohol will not be available as per UAE law. All other safari activities will operate as usual.
- The duration of the actual tour takes 5 – 6 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

My husband and I did this tour in September. Our guide was Musthafa, he made this experience 10 times better than we could have imagined. Musthafa was so knowledgeable and friendly, plus took photos of us without hesitation! The whole experience was great, and we could not recommend Musthafa highly enough.

Although the WhatsApp contact was slow as many complained, and the initial 25-minute wait at the ATV rental place was a bit speechless, after that, from the dune bashing to the experience and performances at the camp, plus the super delicious Middle Eastern BBQ dinner, this trip in Dubai was really great value.

服務：Horribe experience with the vendor, not answering what’s app question which is simple questions are can we confirm the booking in advance, asking the driver details and car plate number(not even reply n just only read the message, until the activity is going to start in 1 hours. )Plus arrange the wrong driver details for 3times, every driver saying cannot found the booking, until the last=.= and don’t trust the Klook booking it say will go to hotel pick up at 2:30pm, but the vendor said they will arrive at 2pm and only wait for 10mins even we explained the booking show 2:30pm, and specially we have kids, she still rude to saying just wait for 10mins (in the end, we get on the car at 2:40pm)=_= by the way, the driver is very nice and take care of us for the whole trip.

Our guide Musthafa made the tour exceptional. He arrived on time at 2:30pm, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and helped us take beautiful photos throughout the trip. We cannot recommend him highly enough. All activities camel ride, shisha, sandboarding were included as stated. The private pickup was smooth, and although dune bashing can feel scary at first, Musthafa’s skill made it safe, smooth, and enjoyable for me, my wife, and our two daughters The dance shows were amazing, the food was great, and the campsite was not crowded, making the evening very relaxing. We also appreciated the comfortable table given to us.
The only area that could be improved is the customer service contact, who seemed confused and had difficulty understanding simple English. But once we met Musthafa, everything went perfectly.
Overall, an excellent family experience — highly recommended, especially with Musthafa as your guide!

we had a very easy booking experience and the tour guys contacted us one day prior for location and pick up details. we did ATV quad bike ride, dune bashing and desert camping with dance shows and lovely dinner. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ali our tour guide who was super friendly and helpful
