Pick-up information

- Midnight flight customers can pick up one day ahead after 20:00. If you pick up after 20:00, you won't need to pay for extra rent. If you pick up before 20:00, you will be charged for the original rental fee of extra days and administrative fee HKD200
Drop-off/return Information
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Return the device to the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
- Please note: If you drop off the WiFi after 23:59 on the date of device return, WiFiBB will charge you the rental fee for the extra days at the original retail price
- A deposit of HKD 1000 is required before picking up the machine, and the deposit will be returned 30 days after the payment date

After buying, you can go directly to Hong Kong Airport to pick it up. The first time I used Wi-Fi Bb, it took almost 12 hours and there was still time left, but when I paid the deposit at the airport, I had to enter the credit card information in simplified Chinese characters, which seemed unsafe, so I used Apple Pay than. Apart from this, if multiple people use it, it will be able to use the phone card, and the Wi-Fi is stable and fast, which makes my trip in Taiwan very convenient.

It is easy to pick up the pocket wifi in the airport. Despite we visited to the outer region of Taipei, the connection was still very perfect. The battery can be lasted for a whole day without the need to recharge. Highly recommended especially for family who will be travelled together.
