Usage reminder

  • This particular service is only provided for Japan
  • You must book at least 1 hour in advance before pick up time
  • WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
  • There is a minimum 5 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
  • You will be charged for the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service

Activation procedure

  • You will be charged for the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • Pay the HKD1,000 deposit via credit card
  • Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing!
  • Midnight flight customers can pick up one day ahead after 20:00. If you pick up after 20:00, you won't need to pay for extra rent. If you pick up before 20:00, you will be charged for the original rental fee of extra days and administrative fee HKD200

  • Return the device to the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Pay for any additional days used
  • A deposit of HKD 1000 is required before picking up the machine, and the deposit will be returned 30 days after the payment date
  • If everything is in order, you'll be refunded the full HKD1,000 deposit in around 1 month
