- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- For pick-up order, please order at least 3 days prior to your departure date
- If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to carry a portable battery charger to recharge your device on the go

Reviews
The Uroaming wifi egg is suitable for European travel and is able to provide data for Google Map searches, but it's kind of slow. This may be due to the network in Spain/Barcelona being slow, as the hotel WiFi is also similarly slow, but it does the job. Overall, not bad! 😊
Very helpful in terms of using the internet on the phone. Local data package are much expensive. We have no issues of finiding a place to visist as can rely on phone GPS. The speed is also okay. It buffers sometimes when near mountainside but all in all works good.
The network reception is good, you can connect in about half a minute after you start the search. The battery can be used for about 6 hours as stated, and the wifi egg has a usb cable, which is very intimate, but the included conversion plug seems to be of the wrong size, but the overall is good.
The experience was excellent; the internet was fast, smooth, and easy to use. It was also very convenient to use in different European countries, with no lag whatsoever.

It can be collected and returned 24 hours at the airport, which is very convenient. Reception is generally stable in the UK, but poor reception in the suburbs.
I ordered a wi-fi egg in klook and a sim card. I think the sim card works better. Wi-Fi egg has no sim card receiving function!
