- Reservations can be made from 1 person and the minimum number of participants is 6. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and notification will be sent via email or message 2 days prior to departure.
- Children under 36 months are free, no seating arrangements, and experiences and drinks are not included.
- Children under 6 years old must participate in the experience with a guardian, and chicken for the experience will not be provided separately.
- The driver will contact you the day before departure and will contact customers via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat, etc.
- In order to fairly protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time and will not individually contact or wait for customers before departure on the day. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place in advance. Please note that if you arrive late due to personal reasons, we will not wait for you and will not refund the tour fee.
