• 【Baggage Regulations】Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage free of charge. Any excess will incur a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece, payable on-site. Please be sure to note the number of luggage pieces when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the tour guide will arrange based on vehicle space availability, and related fees will not be refunded.
• [Special Groups] Seniors aged 70 or above, or pregnant women, who register for a tour group must sign and return a waiver form no later than one day before departure to ensure travel safety.
• [Seasonal Note] Natural landscapes such as cherry blossoms are greatly affected by climate, and the actual viewing experience may vary. Once the itinerary is confirmed, refunds or complaints cannot be requested on the grounds that the landscape did not meet expectations.
• 【Itinerary Notes】The duration of stay at each attraction has been pre-planned. Please adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the overall arrangement. During peak season or holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• [Vehicle Regulations] To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• 【Explanation for Leaving the Group】If you leave the group on your own after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler will be solely responsible for their personal and property safety.

Attraction information

• 【Minami Aso Railway Information】Ticket fees are at your own expense. The reference cost for a regular train is approximately 490 JPY per person, and for a sightseeing train (Torokko train) it is approximately 2,000 JPY per person. The specific train type and schedule will be subject to the operational arrangements on the day. If the sightseeing train is not running, a regular train will be taken. Seating on regular trains depends on the passenger flow on the day, and standing may be required.
• Mount Aso Volcano] Whether the crater is open is subject to volcanic activity and official regulations. If regulations are in effect, the itinerary will be adjusted based on the on-site situation.
• [Aso Kusasenri] Outdoor natural scenic area. Weather and season may affect the actual landscape; experience activities such as horse riding require additional fees. Specific business hours and costs are subject to on-site information.
• [Aso Volcano Museum] Admission fee is to be paid by the visitor, approximately 1,100 JPY. Specific opening hours and ticket prices are subject to on-site information.
• 【Kurokawa Onsen】The cost of the hot spring experience is at your own expense. Specific charges and business hours are subject to the on-site conditions on the day; if you need to stay overnight at Kurokawa Onsen and leave the group, please be sure to note your departure arrangements and luggage quantity in advance.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy
