Take the shared airport shuttle, operated by SuperShuttle. The shuttle will pick up 7-8 passengers at a time to arrive at the hotel in the city. If the luggage is large, it is far from the BART station, or the time to the airport is early Or late flight, it is very suitable to take Share Van to and from the airport. ※ Note: SuperShuttle will be closed on December 31, 2019
The transportation was okay. I recommend to get this to save you time on the commute and walking especially if your an elderly.

Once you get out of the airport, it's not as easy to find as the description says. Moreover, the service staff is still facing you at the bus waiting area, and their vests are not very obvious. It took me a while to find anyone, so I forgot to take pictures. , but it is acceptable at this price.
Great service very punctual and accommodating when our flight got cancelled they changed out reservation at a very late notice without extra cost. The driver was friendly and helpful and the shuttle was always on time. By the way, the number of van is less than other companies. I had to wait for an hour.
I have print the voucher. And when i show it to the staff/driver. They dont accept that voucher since 15th nov 2019. Dont buy it!!! The staff said buy from official agent SUPER SHUTTLE only!!! Klook must refund this!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! And i have complain/email klook cust service two times, and they said only they will check to the department. Give me back my money!!!!!!!
