- Traffic jams are prone to occur on weekends and holidays, and Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers must not exceed their daily working hours. Therefore, the itinerary may adjust the stop time at each attraction according to the actual road conditions of the day. Please understand.
- This itinerary does not include lunch. It is recommended that you bring your own simple meals or arrange meals during free time.
- There are many free foot bath experience facilities in Toyako Hot Spring Street. It is recommended to bring your own towels or purchase them on site.
- The flowering period is greatly affected by weather and seasons. If the flowers are not in good condition, the itinerary will appropriately adjust the relevant content or time. Please understand.
- The tour guide is mainly responsible for arranging the meeting and getting off time. No detailed explanation service of the attractions is provided. Please explore and experience on your own.
- The bus may be delayed due to road conditions. If the itinerary is cancelled due to force majeure such as traffic disruption, no refund will be given. Please understand.
- In case of traffic jams or bad weather, some attractions may be cancelled or the stay time may be shortened. Passengers with subsequent transportation arrangements are advised to reserve sufficient time to avoid delays in the itinerary.
- In case of national holidays or temporary closure of attractions, the relevant attractions may be replaced or the itinerary may end early. Please understand.
- Infants aged 0 to 2 years old can travel free of charge if they do not occupy a seat alone. If you need to occupy a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
- If you plan to participate in this trip on the last day of the trip, it is recommended to avoid the return day to prevent delays from affecting subsequent trips. We will not provide compensation for this.
- Each passenger can carry one piece of luggage (no more than 30kg) for free and store it in the trunk of the bus. The sum of the three sides of the luggage must not exceed 155cm. Please do not place valuables in the trunk. If they are lost, damaged or stolen, the company is not responsible.
