- Dizziness or nausea is extremely rare due to the free-roaming technology and carefully designed experience. In rare cases, mild symptoms may occur
- The experience is perfectly suited to colorblind people, as it relies primarily on 3D scenes, volumes, and movement rather than the precise perception of colors
- Phones and smartwatches are not allowed in the immersion room, as their signals can cause interference. Please store them in the lockers provided before beginning your experience
- Lockers are available for storing standard-sized bags, but large suitcases cannot be stored on site. If you are travelling with a large bag, it is advisable to leave it elsewhere before your visit

- Eclipso experiences are designed to be immersive and accessible to everyone. They contain no violence and are not intended to frighten. Some experiences may include impressive or intense scenes, but they are suitable for a wide audience. If you are sensitive to immersive experiences, please reach out to the operator as they will be happy to advise you before you begin
