- Regarding the elderly and children: Those under 14 years old can register at the child price, including parking space and service fees; they do not occupy beds and do not include tickets; if other fees such as tickets are incurred, the guardian shall pay them in advance. The company does not accept minors under 18 years old, elderly people over 70 years old, and pregnant women who are not accompanied by mentally normal and sensible adult family members aged 18-69 years old; elderly people over 70 years old accompanied by adult family members who meet the above standards must sign a waiver agreement before they can travel with the group;
- If you cannot travel with the group due to your own illness or other reasons, you must apply for a written departure agreement. If you leave the group without written consent, the travel agency will not be responsible for any personal and property losses caused. Guests are requested to travel together during the tour. - When the tourist bus arrives at the scenic spot or restaurant, the guests will get off the bus at the same time, and the door will not be opened separately for guests to get on the bus to rest and turn on the air conditioner. Valuables cannot be stored in the bus.
- The agency will pick up and return at the agreed time. If the original itinerary cannot be carried out normally due to major traffic delays such as flights or force majeure (such as traffic accidents, traffic jams, etc. that are not the responsibility of the travel agency), or if the original itinerary is delayed (plane, train, ship, etc.), the itinerary will be adjusted through negotiation between the two parties according to the actual situation; if the included attractions cannot be visited, our agency will be responsible for refunding the ticket price difference.
